Photographers

Perhaps one of the most important elements of your wedding day is the photographer you choose. The day will fly by and once all the celebrations are done it is these images that will remind you of everything that happened and also let you see what you missed on the day.  So choosing your photographer is a very important decision and  we would always suggest you spend time researching this by looking at the work shown on their websites and meeting up with them.  You are inviting them to share in the most intimate and special day of your lives so you do need to feel comfortable that they are the right choice.  Many do get booked up early so once you know your preferred dates contact them as soon as possible. 

Wedding Planners

There is always a lot to be done on the wedding day and although many hotels will offer to help with the arrangements it can be a good investment to find someone who will help and guide this side of things for you.  Using their experience and local knowledge they can often come up with ideas for you to think about and will work within your budget whether you are looking for someone to arrange everything or just look after a few elements. 

Musicians

Music is an essential part of any ceremony and there are many options for this.  Many couples choose to have pre-recorded music and we do provide a large portable speaker if required however live music can be a very special addition to your day.  As your guests arrive in preparation for the ceremony the music will be the first thing they hear and as such it really does set the tone for the ceremony. String quartets, guitarists and saxophonists certainly add another dimension and there are some excellent local musicians who have a wonderful repertoire for weddings.  

Florists

One of the iconic elements of a wedding is the flowers carried by the bride and her bridesmaids but there is so much more that they can do for your day. Many will be able to provide flower arches and other decorations or the ceremony so that your style and colour scheme are evident from the very start. 

Catering & Hospitality

If you are using a hotel for your ceremony and reception then they will of course take care of any food and drink requirements after the ceremony however it's also possible to have ceremonies in different locations where you will need to make your own arrangements. Whether you require a few canapes or a sumptuous feast, a glass of bubbly or a fully stocked mobile bar there will be someone who can help.
