Essential Civil Ceremony
If you have your own ideas and want to do things your way and the only thing missing from your plans is the legal formalities that are required which can only be done by a registered Civil Celebrant then our Essential Civil Ceremony could be the answer. Ideal if a friend or family member is delivering your ceremony, we can either perform the legalities at the start or during your ceremony.
Your celebrant will arrive at the ceremony location around 30 minutes before the time shown on your marriage licence. At the appointed time they will request that the required declarations are made and the Marriage Return Form is signed by the couple and two witnesses over the age of 18. The celebrant will then pronounce you are married if you wish and after a few words of congratulation they will leave the location.
Silver Legal Ceremony
A short ceremony of around 10 minutes which can include personal promises suitable for couples wishing to complete the legal formalities in a location of their choice.
Suggestions for wording of your personal promises or the choice to write these in your own words, if you would like to include them.
Your choice of an ‘I do’ question and the wording for the exchange of your wedding rings (if chosen).
Opening words of welcome, giving of the bride's hand, and closing words, as provided by the celebrant.
A ceremonial certificate in a standard design for signing by the two legal witnesses.
Cards in our standard design for your promises.
Standard design place cards for the key guests seating.
Information Cards for your guests showing all the elements of the ceremony are provided (if chosen).
The option for an online meeting with your celebrant to answer any questions you may have.
A meeting with you at the venue in the week of the wedding to confirm the location of the ceremony. [This is not a full rehearsal and therefore we do not offer the option for the bridesmaids and other attendants to process in ahead of the bride on the day].
Use of our portable speaker for the ceremony music if required.

Gold Standard Ceremony
This provides a beautifully structured ceremony lasting around 20—25 minutes with some opportunity for personalisation, through readings and personal promises. This ceremony is suitable for couples wishing to complete the legal formalities in a location of their choice. It is also suitable for an affirmation ceremony, if the legal marriage has taken place previously.
Your choice of one or two readings from a varied selection that can be included in the ceremony. These can be read by guests or your celebrant, if you would like to include them.
Suggestions for wording of your personal promises or the choice to write these in your own words, if you would like to include them.
Your choice of an ‘I do’ question and the wording for the exchange of your wedding rings (both elements are optional).
Opening words of welcome, thoughts on marriage, giving of the bride's hand (optional), support of guests and closing words as provided by the celebrant.
Option to include a unity element such as candle lighting, wine blending, ring circle or rose ceremony.
A ceremonial certificate in a standard design for signing by the two legal witnesses.
Reading cards in our standard design for the couple’s promises and anyone performing a reading at the ceremony.

Platinum Bespoke Ceremony
A totally flexible ceremony with your unique personal love story if you would like to have this included. It also allows for all parts of the script to be personalised or amended, tailoring it for you as a couple. This ceremony is suitable for couples wishing to complete the legal formalities in a location of their choice. It is also suitable for an affirmation ceremony, if the legal marriage has taken place previously.
Inclusion of one or two readings of your choice from the extensive list provided or the option for your own personal selection. These can be read by guests or your celebrant , if you would like to include them.
Suggestions for wording of your personal promises or the choice to write these in your own words, if you would like to include them.
Your choice of an ‘I do’ question and the wording for the exchange of your wedding rings with the option to write your own (both elements are optional).

A completely bespoke ceremony combined with additional meetings and including stationery and other wedding ceremony elements. Packages are created on a one to one basis depending on your requirements which can be discussed and a quote provided.
